Shelly on the other hand requires a little more saviness especially from an electrical standpoint. It also requires a bit more wiring than the SONOFF system and is best used in a new home construction where the use can be planned before installtion.

In Corporate South Africa, every employee has a function. And that function is compensated in accordance with laws governing employment and relevant skills.
It is easy working for yourself! WRONG!!!!!. It is actually easier working for a boss because you have no responsibility other than getting to work and doing your work!
However, that breads complacency since as an employee, you are given a set of responsibilities, and it is your job to fulfill those responsibilities, and after a while, you get complacent, and that is a killer for both employee and employer. The employer cannot give more responsibility without giving more remuneration or incentives and the employee knows he need not do more than is stipulated in his contract.
